Victoria, also called Icky, or Icky the Magic Clown, or sometimes, Icky the Cown-O, is an excessivly curvy, to the level of cartoonish nearly, very tall seemingly human(esque) woman with a number of strange though fairly inoffensive powers, remarkable durability, and a smile big enough she could eat your heart out.

Completely in her own reality, she can function in normal society, which of course, actually makes her worse.
