Some things are too cruel to be born.

They have to be created.

When a mage sets out to create a monster, built for a perfected body and to breed a race of creatures just like it, the result is always something sinister- and there is no kindness in this thing's soul.

Instead, it is sheer ego- and violence.

Indeed, there is no inch of this black lizardman that is not covered in razorsharp scales- even the eyelids are reinforced, and those instuments of love that other species would have soft and pliable are skinned with a sheet of small chitinous barbs.

There is obviously nothing other than selfishness in this creature. Woe betide you if you find its interest.
