Backstory:

Rae has a bad attitude most of the time. He can mostly be found bartending at Vice Lounge, his families establishment. This fiery half-blood despises having to work but also likes the allure of having a wealthy and powerful family. He's a total mommys boy, too.

Rae is fairly well know with law enforcement, as he is quite the handful. More often than not getting into bar fights and causing a scene. Luckily mommy Rosalia De'Ville is there to make all his problems go away.
